Ans: Yes you can edit basic information of your profile.

From the homepage click menu button on top left and then click on your profile.
You can change your display picture (Company Logo), Address, Phone no, Fax no and you can add your company description.
You can not change your company name & category. For any changes please contact The Jewel World team.

Ans: Add POST Steps

Step 1: From home page, click on menu button from top left of the home screen.
Step 2: Click on your profile.
Step 3: Add Product by clicking (+) button.
Step 4: Click picture or select picture from gallery. Maximum 5 pictures can be added in one post.
Step 5: Click next, from predefined category - select one category (Gold, Silver, Platinum, Precious Stones)
Add Display Name: You can mention product display name eg: Antique Gold Necklace
Add Description: You can write product description & speciality about the product.
Add Tags: We have predefined tags in the app and also you can add your own tags if needed. Maximum 10 tags can be added for each product.

Step 4: Click picture or select picture from gallery. Maximum 5 pictures can be added in one requirement.
Step 5: Click next, from the predefined category - select one category to whom you want to send the requirement to. (wholesaler, manufacturer, bullion etc) the requirement will be sent to your traders whom you are connected with.
Add Display Name: You can mention product display name eg: Antique Gold Necklace
Add Description: You can write your requirement description in detail.

You can see a random profile of users who are registered in the application.
Step 1: Check post/requirement and if you wish to get connected to any user send trade request to the user from their profile.
Step 2: Once user accepts the trade request you will receive notification and the user will be added in your connection.
Step 3: You can see the complete profile of the user once connected.

Post/requirement search Search works based on tags mentioned in the post by the user. For precise search you can use city filter for city wise search.
Company Name search You can search by users company name and use filter option for city wise search.

Yes all users are verified and TJW team collects required company documents during registration.
